As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will modernize data extraction, analysis, and presentation across CNET Group’s digital media brands. Use Snowflake, BigQuery, LookML, and generative AI tools to create trusted insights. Translate complex data into clear business narratives for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data-driven alignment meetings across major business dependencies
- Connect Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI tools to automate analysis
- Develop Looker Explores and LookML dashboards for commerce metrics
- Build actionable reports for Editorial, Sales, and Finance
- Train analytics teammates on prompts and database connectors
Requirements:
- Four to six years in consulting, commercial analytics, or consultative BI
- Advanced Excel modeling, pivots, formulas, and executive presentation skills
- Practical experience automating workflows with AI connectors and prompts
- Daily SQL experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or GCP
- Strong communication and business storytelling skills
