CA$45.00/hr - CA$50.00/hr
Insight Global is seeking a skilled React and .NET Developer to join a leading client in the insurance industry. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the organization’s evolving technology landscape. As a member of a dynamic, cross‑functional Agile team, you will:
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to design, develop, test, launch, and refine innovative solutions.
- Focus on delivering high‑quality, scalable applications that enhance user experience and functionality.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to ensure the team’s technical capabilities remain cutting‑edge.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Critically evaluate current processes and proactively contribute to, or lead, the implementation of improvement opportunities by incorporating past learnings and leveraging industry best practices.
- Maintain a solutions‑focused approach.
- Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation among the team, receptive to, soliciting, and applying feedback and learning on the job.
- Seek out and obtain required, and beyond what's required, professional and/or industry knowledge and training, for both personal and organizational benefit.
- Consider the big picture implications when implementing changes or improvements.
- Adapt to changes in priorities, assigned responsibilities, and projects by seeking out the why and how if not readily understood.
- 3+ years experience with React and C#/.NET.
- Strong experience with API development.
