This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional who enjoys being hands‑on, solving complex challenges, and driving continuous improvement across multiple business divisions.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you’ll play a key role in protecting our employees, drivers, and operators. You’ll strengthen our safety culture, manage claims, and develop programs that make a meaningful difference across our organization.

Why Join tappCONNECT?

  • Direct access to senior leadership and decision‑makers
  • Opportunity to build and enhance programs rather than simply maintain them
  • Diverse operations that provide variety and professional growth
  • Influence organizational culture and business performance
  • Lead both Health & Safety and Claims functions
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Monday to Friday schedule promoting work‑life balance
  • Collaborative, supportive, and forward‑thinking environment
