As a Service Technician, you will support Pine Glen’s custom homes, complex additions, and detailed renovations. The work requires framing, plastering, painting, flooring, and mechanical skills. You will also use Microsoft Word and Excel while communicating project updates and addressing project needs with your supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tools, materials, and plans for each workday
- Execute framing, taping, plastering, trimming, painting, flooring, and mechanical tasks
- Maintain clean, organized sites under Ontario Health and Safety standards
- Communicate daily updates and project needs to supervisors
- Manage inventories and support emergency response by phone or email
Requirements:
- Proven construction expertise and advanced skilled labour knowledge
- Familiarity with project scheduling and cost management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills
- Physical capability and flexibility for long hours or weekends
