• Lead and direct shipping departments in a unionized environment
• Plan and oversee daily operational activities and manpower
• Establish and maintain health and safety programs

Requirements:
• Experience in plant manufacturing or distribution
• Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing Drive operational excellence and foster a safe work environment at Russel Metals.
