Key Responsibilities

• Analyze feedback to identify trends and drive service improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized and able to prioritize effectively
