Echo NDE, a TIC Solutions subsidiary, provides non-destructive testing, inspection, and integrity services across North America. As Equipment & Logistics Coordinator, you will manage equipment processes, inventory, transfers, and logistics. The work supports maintenance, construction, pipeline, facility, shutdown, and peak-season operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment management processes, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate requirements with Operations, field personnel, vendors, and suppliers
- Track assets and coordinate transfers between branches and job sites
- Monitor equipment maintenance, repairs, calibration, and inspections
- Manage tools, PPE, consumables, purchasing, storage, and distribution
Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma and minimum five years industry-related experience
- Understanding of equipment management, logistics, and inventory control
- Experience coordinating equipment transportation, deliveries, pickups, and transfers
- Asset management, inventory tracking, or equipment software experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
