Job description
Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:* Analyze business needs and operational processes to ensure the alignment of initiatives with organizational objectives;
* Collaborate with the business sectors, finance, compliance and information technology teams;
* Write and present analysis deliverables, including business requirements, use cases, target operating models, impacted processes, implementation strategies and traceability matrices;
* Document the full lifecycle of financial products, including pricing, trading, valuation, position management, risk management and compliance requirements;
* Participate in the analysis, feasibility, design and implementation of initiatives;
* Contribute to the evaluation and selection of technological solutions;
* Ensure the integration of solutions into the application and technology ecosystem;
* Define validation strategies and support testing activities;
* Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement of processes and solutions.The profile sought is as follows:* Hold a bachelor's degree;
* Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis in the context of projects delivering solutions for the capital markets;
* Experience with interest, credit, equity and fixed income derivatives;
* Work closely with market operations teams, quantitative specialists and pricing model managers;
* Understand technology environments and agile delivery methods;
* Interpret business issues and translate them into clear functional requirements;
* Produce quality documentation adapted to different stakeholders;
* Demonstrate excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
