Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling activities
• Lead safety initiatives and uphold compliance standards
• Supervise and develop maintenance staff performance
• Monitor contractor adherence to requirements and regulations
• Troubleshoot equipment performance and implement improvements
Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent trade certification
• 3-5 years in plant maintenance supervision
• Experience in Electrical & Controls and/or Mechanical fields
• Knowledge of dairy production processes
