Cenovus’s New Grad Program offers three consecutive 12-month rotations across varied business areas. You will address operational technology challenges in upstream oil and gas operations. The work combines engineering problem-solving with software development, industrial data, and production optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT/OT teams
- Analyze production data for trends, anomalies, and inefficiencies
- Develop scripts, calculations, data models, and integrations
- Support engineering tools, dashboards, APIs, and applications
- Investigate data quality and integration issues
Requirements:
- Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree by May 2027
- Less than two years of related professional experience
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Availability to begin work in June 2027
- Programming exposure, preferably Python, and analytical skills
Build practical operational data solutions through Cenovus rotations using engineering, software, analytics, and collaboration skills.
