Registered Practical Nurses with clinical judgment and scheduling expertise can supervise home-care operations for Qualicare in London, Ontario. Flexible work from home options are available.
This RPN Home Care Supervisor supports day-to-day operations in Qualicare’s growing home-care business. The position coordinates client care, caregiver scheduling, service setup, and issue resolution. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills support independent decisions and nursing judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate services and initial care setup
- Manage caregiver schedules and arrange call-in coverage
- Address client, family, and caregiver service concerns
- Maintain documentation under College of Nurses standards
Requirements:
- Current RPN registration in good standing
- Strong organizational, communication, and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Comfort using scheduling software and electronic medical records
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
