Brand Educator — Colour

As a Brand Educator, you'll share your passion for the craft with beauty professionals across the country. You'll deliver hands-on classes at Metro Academy and in partner salons, supporting product launches and helping stylists master our flagship colour and care brands. This role blends technical mastery, stage presence, and a genuine love of teaching.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver engaging technical classes
• Support product launches with in-salon training
• Stay current on techniques, trends, and brand knowledge
• Collaborate with our sales team to grow brand adoption

What we're looking for

• Licensed stylist/colourist with salon floor experience
• Prior education, platform, or training experience preferred
• Confident public speaker who loves teaching
• Willingness to travel within Ontario and occasionally beyond
• Deep knowledge of colour theory and professional care products
