Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and validate pension and RRSP records
• Liaise with vendors on plan issues and resolutions
• Provide guidance on legislative plan changes
• Analyze monthly billing and payroll deductions
• Support payroll processing and audit activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in HR focusing on pension management
• Solid understanding of pension best practices
• Technical proficiency in MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
