Key Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain innovative learning content
• Lead quality control for training programs
• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions
• Engage with leadership for program guidance
• Monitor and analyze learning program effectiveness
Requirements:
• 3 years in Private or Retail Banking experience
• Degree in related field preferred
• Knowledge of adult learning and design principles
• Strong project management and communication skills
