Spartan seeks a Master Data Analyst for its Finance & Accounting team in downtown Calgary. The position maintains Qbyte Masterfile data and liaises with groups responsible for each dataset. It suits professionals experienced with infrastructure data, month-end processes, and data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Qbyte Masterfile data for infrastructure structures
- Streamline and automate master data processes
- Investigate issues and perform root cause analysis
- Run Qbyte month-end processes accurately
- Maintain well lists, coding structures, and reference tables
Requirements:
- Seven to ten years of master data experience
- Working knowledge of EASC, CAPLA, and PJVA Agreements
- Proficiency with Qbyte FM and EnergyLink
- Proficiency with OpenInvoice, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
