Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers
• Maintain program intake processes per contract requirements
• Develop and review service and safety plans
• Oversee program budget and client paperwork
• Organize and chair team meetings
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Human Services
• Supervisory experience in social services
• Experience supporting children with complex needs
• Knowledge of strength-based practice frameworks
• Clear police record and intervention checks Utilize your expertise in human services to enhance the lives of children and youth in your community.
