Key Responsibilities
• Conduct functional requirements gathering from stakeholders
• Recommend Microsoft best practices for process improvements
• Lead user acceptance testing and defect resolution
• Ensure alignment with reporting requirements and data integrity
• Analyze operational incidents for long-term solutions
Requirements:
• 5+ years in ERP Business Analysis
• 3+ years with D365 Finance & Operations/Business Central
• Proficient in financial and operational processes
• Preferred experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting
• Skillful in stakeholder management and communication Enhance organizational performance by enabling seamless business processes through targeted technical solutions.
