Maintain material handling equipment for JLL on-site in Calgary, using electrical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance expertise daily. This is a full-time position.
As a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician, you will support the Operations Maintenance team throughout the building. Your work includes belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, pneumatic systems, and automated packaging equipment. You will document maintenance, manage inventory, and maintain positive working relationships across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain material handling equipment throughout the building
- Perform preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation
- Troubleshoot belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and related equipment
- Promote a safe working environment by following procedures
- Maintain positive relationships across the Operations facility
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Two or more years repairing material handling equipment
- Two or more years performing predictive maintenance procedures
- Ability to work flexible schedules, shifts, and areas
- Capacity to stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours
Use material handling, electrical, and preventative maintenance skills to support JLL’s Calgary facility operations.
