Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of technicians to meet service standards
• Schedule work orders to ensure shop productivity
• Train and coach staff for improved performance
• Manage customer service inquiries and follow-up on repairs
• Create quotes and prepare invoices for all services
Requirements:
• Minimum post-secondary education required
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Class 5 driver’s license and ability to obtain required certifications
• Technical experience is a plus
