Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a regional team of onboarding experts
• Enhance customer-facing quality through coaching and reviews
• Oversee strategic North American accounts during onboarding
• Coordinate optimal account assignments based on complexity
• Act as the primary escalation point for at-risk onboardings
Requirements:
• 5+ years in hotel operations or hospitality technology
• 2+ years managing customer-facing onboarding teams
• Strong knowledge of North American hotel operations
• Consultative communication style with stakeholders
