Key Responsibilities
• Efficiently handle calls and resolve account issues
• Conduct collections on outstanding patient balances
• Review billing accuracy for patient accounts
• Update software systems with patient information
• Maintain clear records of interactions and resolutions
Requirements:
• GED or High School Diploma needed
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in sales or collections preferred
