Ontario Northland Transportation Commission (ONTC) is seeking a Manager Rail Training Programs to lead the development and delivery of mandatory training for non-operating rail staff. You will manage training records, coordinate crews of Rail Technical and Track and Machinery Trainers, and ensure regulatory compliance.
The role requires a four-year degree in instructional design or equivalent, plus 3–5 years in rail training, track infrastructure, and safety programs.
