As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a high-performance operations team in the food processing industry. You will promote safety, support production schedules, and encourage ideas through collaboration. This role includes working with unionized employees and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Food Safety and Health & Safety culture
- Meet daily and weekly production schedules
- Facilitate safety talks and task observations
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and shift reports
- Lead special projects and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Secondary School Diploma
- Two to three years of supervisory experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI comfort
