Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day store operations and team performance
• Create a welcoming and customer-focused shopping experience
• Coach and develop team members for growth
• Ensure adherence to brand image and merchandising standards
• Manage inventory control and sales strategy implementation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience
• At least 1 year of retail management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of college preferred
