Key Responsibilities
• Aid in daily management and staff development processes
• Understand and implement provincial childcare regulations
• Handle payroll, accounts payable, and general communications
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians
• Ensure comprehensive staff training and policy adherence
Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education (CWS)
- Level 3 required
• Knowledge of relevant licensing and accreditation regulations
• Meet province requirements for childcare positions
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
