Key Responsibilities
• Lead change management and claims administration
• Administer contracts with attention to deliverables
• Draft and negotiate agreements with stakeholders
• Oversee procurement and tendering processes
• Communicate analytics on commercial concerns to executives
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale contract work
• 5 years in a commercial management position
• Degree in a related field (Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying)
• Expertise with multiple contract types and methodologies
• Experience with budgeting and dispute resolution Utilize your commercial acumen to support Aecon’s projects and contribute to sustainable development efforts.
