Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be accountable for full cycle recruitment tailored to project needs. Your role will involve creating a positive experience for candidates and aligning staffing efforts with business objectives. You will collaborate on strategies, source top talent, and maintain accurate documentation within our ATS.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute recruitment processes aligned with standards
• Track and analyze talent acquisition metrics
• Forge strong internal relationships with stakeholders
• Participate in project planning meetings
• Manage employment inquiries and candidate sourcing
Requirements:
• 2-5+ years of recruitment experience in construction
• Degree/diploma in HR or a related field
• Experience using an ATS; Workday is a plus
• Familiarity with employment regulations
