As Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead teams delivering secure, resilient, and scalable enterprise platforms and products. The work spans cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, infrastructure as code, observability, and production support. You will balance direct coding with delegation, operational accountability, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide cloud-native applications, APIs, and distributed services
- Drive secure development, automation, CI/CD, and observability
- Manage production health, incidents, remediation, and operational risk
- Establish engineering standards and modernization direction
- Influence enterprise technology practices and communities
Requirements:
- Seven-plus years leading enterprise-scale software or platform organizations
- Current ability to design, build, test, and troubleshoot code
- Experience with Azure or GCP and containerized workloads
- Knowledge of reliability engineering and cost-conscious operations
- Ability to influence senior technology and business stakeholders
