As a term-specific Evaluation Lead, you will spearhead complex evaluations to align with Interior Health’s strategic priorities. This role involves overseeing multiple high-profile projects and instructing practicum students on essential evaluation practices. Your expertise will be vital in facilitating collaborative relationships with departments and producing informed recommendations for healthcare improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead diverse evaluation projects for strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Create comprehensive evaluation plans and frameworks
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses
• Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Proven experience in program evaluation
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of healthcare systems and policies
