As the Food + Beverage Manager, you will lead a top-tier front of house team and ensure operational excellence in a high-volume environment. Your skills in events management, guest services, and team leadership will be utilized to maintain The Drake's high standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Hire, train, and mentor a skilled front of house team
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Manage service quality and guest satisfaction metrics
• Develop marketing programs to attract guests
• Oversee wine and cocktail menu development
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a high-volume dining environment
• Experience with reservation systems and large event bookings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Smart serve certified and capable of multitasking
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends Lead culinary innovation and guest experience at The Drake, known for its rich ambiance and community spirit.
