What you'll do
- Keep producing results in the field while coaching a team of sales representatives
- Train new reps on the product, the pitch and daily habits that drive results
- Run team huddles, set daily goals and track performance
- Model the GT Legacy values: entrepreneurship, excellence, integrity, community and growth
