Build mortgage financing business with Desjardins through client prospecting, needs analysis, and lasting intermediary relationships. This opportunity offers commission-based pay.
As a Mortgage Representative, you will support members and clients pursuing homeownership through financing strategies and mortgage offers. You will develop relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and residential developers. The position also includes insurance promotion, cross-selling, and financial services compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lasting relationships with real estate agencies and brokers
- Prospect for clients and analyze their financing needs
- Prepare mortgage financing offers meeting targeted results
- Promote insurance and Desjardins's overall offer
- Monitor market trends and financial services best practices
Requirements:
- College diploma in a related field
- At least four years of relevant experience
- French required and intermediate English knowledge
- Intermediate Spanish or another third language
- Valid driver's licence, vehicle access, and frequent travel availability
Apply mortgage expertise, prospecting, and relationship development while supporting Desjardins members and clients with home financing.
