Key Responsibilities
• Master PBS software and customer training processes
• Train clients in assigned software modules
• Foster positive client relationships and identify needs
• Investigate and resolve incoming training issues
• Manage and document updates and training requests
Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• 1-2 years in a car dealership focused on Fixed Operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and travel capability across North America
• Willingness for continuous learning and training Utilize your bilingual skills and dealership experience to empower customers at PBS across North America.
