Elevate your aviation career as an Aircraft Structures Technician with Alpine Aerotech. This role focuses on fabricating, repairing, and restoring helicopter components while ensuring compliance with strict quality standards.
As a critical team member, the Structures Technician reports to the Structures Manager and performs structural repairs in accordance with technical manuals and engineering specifications. Known for high workmanship quality, you will execute sheet metal repairs, apply corrosion control processes, and collaborate effectively with engineers and inspectors to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Fabricate and assemble structural components to precise specifications
• Perform sheet metal repairs across diverse helicopter platforms
• Apply corrosion control and preservation processes effectively
• Inspect work to ensure regulatory compliance and high quality
• Maintain accurate documentation related to repairs and fabrication
Requirements:
• Graduation from a Transport Canada-accredited Structures program
• Strong understanding of aircraft structures and fabrication techniques
• Excellent interpretive skills for engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
