Coordinate client implementations remotely for Modular Solutions using project tracking and clear communication across internal and external teams. Support insurance technology delivery.
As an Implementation Administrator, you will support the Project & Implementation Director across client implementation initiatives. Your work includes coordinating milestones, preparing documentation, monitoring timelines, and supporting communication. Modular Solutions uses AI tools responsibly for configuration, documentation, research, and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of client implementation projects
- Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and project timelines
- Prepare status reports from relevant project information
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items, and communication plans
- Support data conversion, integrations, and training documentation
Requirements:
- Two to five years in project coordination or administration
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies and tools
- Microsoft Office, Miro, Claude, and ADO familiarity
