SAP IBP demand planning expertise drives Maple Leaf Foods’ 18-month rolling forecast. Use Power BI analysis to shape supply chain decisions.
As a Senior Demand Planner, you will develop and maintain finished goods forecasts supporting operations and commercial teams. You will manage statistical models, govern master data, and interpret historical demand patterns. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Planning, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain 18-month rolling forecasts in SAP IBP
- Maintain statistical models and master data governance
- Lead cross-functional forecast alignment meetings
- Translate risks and trends into clear recommendations
- Drive corrective actions through score-carding and post-gaming
Requirements:
- University degree or professional designation
- Two or more years in demand or supply planning
- Prior SAP IBP experience preferred
- Strong Excel, Power BI, and analytical skills
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and data storytelling skills
