Key Responsibilities
• Conduct and uphold comprehensive assessments for all residents
• Collaborate with team members during care conferences
• Provide education to residents and families about care processes
• Manage medication administration and handle emergencies
• Support infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Current registration as an LPN in British Columbia
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong skills in clinical knowledge and care coordination
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Competence in Microsoft Office and electronic records Deliver top-notch nursing care with integrity and compassion as a Licensed Practical Nurse at AgeCare, making significant contributions to our community.
