In this pivotal role, you will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and create detailed documentation. Your ability to communicate complex concepts effectively will be crucial as you navigate between technical teams and business users. You'll also mentor junior analysts and lead testing initiatives to ensure high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with teams to document business requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage expectations
• Develop and execute test plans during implementation phases
• Provide mentorship to junior Business Systems Analysts
• Document and maintain project specifications in JIRA

Requirements:
• 7 years of experience in wealth management technology
• University degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams Leverage your technical acumen and analytical skills as you contribute to impactful projects at CI.
