Key Responsibilities
• Design automation solutions using SQL, Python, and other technologies
• Apply machine learning techniques to solve business problems
• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
• Improve data controls and resolve discrepancies across systems
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies for process efficiency
Requirements:
• 4+ years in analytics or data engineering
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and process automation
• Experience applying quantitative analytics in financial contexts
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Generative AI and related technologies Drive innovation in analytics and process automation to support MCAP's mission in the financial services sector.
