Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary operational contact for Community Connectors
• Coordinate inter-departmental requests ensuring effective follow-through
• Develop and improve operational workflows and templates
• Oversee the planning of regional community summits
• Maintain a library of resources for Connectors
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in operations or administrative management
• Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills
• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• A dedication to continuous process improvement Your expertise in operations will enhance the engagement and effectiveness of Jewish Federation's community initiatives.
