Ubisoft is seeking a Senior Community Developer to lead global community engagement strategies that support player retention across and beyond our games. You will establish and grow global communities with a focus on player communications, feedback cycles, and best-practice deployment.
The role partners with transversal teams to drive planning, build strong player relationships, and ensure high-quality execution. International travel may be required and you will mentor other Community Managers.
