In this role, you will interface directly with new members, understanding their goals and operational needs. • Conduct engaging group and individual training sessions
• Facilitate clear communication throughout implementation
• Collaborate with teams to enhance member experiences
Requirements:
• Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within SaaS
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to learn and troubleshoot new technology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar tools
