Umicore seeks a Maintenance Technician for its Automotive Catalysts business unit. You will maintain facility equipment, support production improvements, and work independently during troubleshooting and repairs. The position involves hydraulics, pneumatics, 600VAC electrical systems, PLCs, robotics, automation, Microsoft Office, and SAP knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out CMMS-defined preventative maintenance on facility equipment
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair equipment failures throughout facilities
- Verify and calibrate critical equipment regularly
- Install equipment and modify processes from drawings
- Support capital projects, audits, and safety initiatives
Requirements:
- Preference for Industrial Millwright or Industrial Electrician
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of PLCs, PC controls, robotics, and automation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate PC skills, Microsoft Office, and SAP knowledge
