Develop hospitality leadership at Fairmont Royal York through the INSPIRE Program in Toronto, with cross-exposure across Rooms teams.
This 18-month Rooms Supervisor program begins November 2026 and builds practical leadership experience. You may rotate across Rooms departments or specialize within one division. The program supports learning through mentors, peer guidance, feedback, and a property project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate across several teams within Rooms departments
- Develop expertise through six-month focus areas
- Explore hospitality fundamentals and property operations
- Complete a property project showcasing your skillset
- Participate in leadership checkpoints and ongoing feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum one year hotel or customer-focused experience
- Previous supervisory experience and leadership development interest
- Post-secondary Hospitality or Business degree is an asset
- Strong communication and people skills
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
