Lead global services operations at March Networks, applying AI-enabled automation, financial discipline, and customer-focused delivery leadership.
Reporting to the CEO and President, this Vice President leads Professional Services, Technical Support, NOC, Cloud Services, Customer Success, Training, and Implementation. The mandate covers operating model design, governance, technical enablement, service quality, profitability, and customer outcomes. The leader will guide March Networks and Vivotek services across regions and time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop multi-year services strategy and operating roadmap
- Define service catalogs, engagement models, escalation paths, and ownership
- Embed AI, automation, analytics, and knowledge management
- Establish delivery governance, dashboards, and operating cadences
- Own services P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and margin performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive services experience
- At least 5 years leading complex global services organizations
- Experience with cloud operations, SaaS, and customer lifecycle metrics
- Strong executive communication, change leadership, and people development
Shape March Networks and Vivotek services through global leadership, AI-enabled operations, commercial judgment, and customer value.
