Lead Oracle ERP Cloud transformation programs onsite in Toronto, using project management and PMO governance expertise. Manage global consolidation and integration initiatives.
This full-time Oracle ERP Cloud Program Manager role oversees large-scale programs across business units and regions. The position requires Oracle Fusion ERP experience, financial management, risk control, and stakeholder communication. You will coordinate business, functional, technical, and vendor teams through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle ERP Cloud consolidation and integration programs
- Drive governance, schedules, budgets, and risk management
- Manage milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and executive reporting
- Coordinate deployment and post-implementation activities
- Facilitate steering committees, workshops, and executive presentations
Requirements:
- Eight-plus years supporting large-scale ERP implementations
- Strong Oracle Fusion ERP program management experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting
- Understanding of migration, harmonization, and system integration
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Clarity
