Lead safe, efficient control panel production in Calgary as a Production Supervisor overseeing a fully onsite second-shift panel shop.
This permanent Production Supervisor role directs assembly and testing operations while coordinating purchasing, engineering, testing, quality, and planning. You will supervise panel shop personnel, manage workflow, and support continuous improvement. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with overtime flexibility required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute daily assignments and monitor panel shop workflow
- Coordinate components, design changes, testing, and production timelines
- Enforce safety standards and maintain organized work areas
- Monitor product quality and complete production documentation
- Supervise, coach, train, and provide feedback to personnel
Requirements:
- Five years in control panel or similar manufacturing environments
- Two years supervising manufacturing or assembly teams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and MRP systems
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and electrical assembly knowledge
