As a Funding Analyst, you will research clients, industries, technologies, and government programs across Canada and the United States. You will turn technical, financial, and operational information into compelling applications, business cases, and proposals. Working with Funding Specialists, you will connect client projects with funding priorities and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research industries, technologies, markets, and government funding programs
- Draft funding applications, business cases, proposals, and supporting documentation
- Interpret program guidelines, eligibility criteria, and evaluation requirements
- Identify information gaps and develop customized client questions
- Manage application schedules, documentation, deadlines, and quality reviews
Requirements:
- Exceptional professional writing and research skills
- Analytical thinking and strong business judgment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Degree in communications, business, economics, or related discipline preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Develop accurate, credible funding narratives through research, business writing, analytical thinking, and collaboration with BDO GrantMatch specialists.
