As a full-time member of the team, you will provide essential administrative support to payroll operations under the guidance of the Senior Payroll and Benefits Administrator. Your role includes maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance. Experience with Quadrant Workforce will be a key asset in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately maintain and update employee payroll data
• Support payroll processing and related compliance tasks
• Administer various employee benefit plans effectively
• Assist with payroll-related reporting and reconciliations
• Provide necessary backup for payroll processing duties

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience with collective bargaining agreements
• Familiarity with Quadrant Workforce or equivalent systems
• Desired Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) certification
• Proficient in English for effective workplace communication
