Drive project success as a Senior Project Manager at Clark Builders, beginning in Edmonton and moving to Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Your role is vital in achieving quality and budget targets for various construction projects.
You will manage the entire construction process, from preconstruction activities to final handover, and oversee quality control inspections. Engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, you will facilitate communication and resolve conflicts, ensuring smooth project execution and adherence to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead all preconstruction design and tendering efforts
• Manage project financials and forecasting reports
• Conduct quality control inspections on site
• Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders
• Oversee project closeout and commissioning processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years in construction management
• Familiar with BIM and lean construction practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and analytical problem-solving skills
